The purpose of the Diet Sentry application is to facilitate an obsessive adherence to a low fat high fibre diet, as championed by Rosemary Stanton (Nutritionist).

You can download a full working version of Diet Sentry below. It is completely unencumbered freeware suitable for use with Windows 98 / NT 4 / Me.

It is supplied as one 4,770kb zip file. Download it and unzip its contents to a local directory. To install run the setup.exe file.
